I struggle with horrible mood swings and other mental problems. But recently I have been taking Vitamin D and eating a lot more greens! I get acupuncture done almost once a week or every two weeks. This helps my energy level and reduce the pain I have in my back. I take birth control to regulate my periods. And I take iron pills to help my blood count. With all this going on I’ve been feeling great. I still have bad days but they aren’t so horrible. Overall I’m feeling better. I don’t just mean my energy level is higher, but also my mood/emotion is at it’s best! I’m loving this! :) I’m About to head over to brother and sis in-law for some food. Happy Sunday everyone.
